Otherwise known as Broccoli Mum and I’m a crazy, messy mum of two, and life long vegan. And guess what? I used to weigh 66lbs more than I do now. These days I share my secrets to maximum weight loss, powered by delicious whole food plant-based recipes, huge portions and the magic of calorie density.

Being vegan does not guarantee weight loss or health. Up until a few years ago, I spent my adult life as a yo-yo dieter who was either feasting or famished – never finding anything that worked long term.

But through a whole food plant-based diet, alongside a simple understanding of calorie density and habit formation, I regained my health, confidence and energy while also losing 60lbs.

Having lived and learned the secrets to sustainable weight loss – eating an abundance of my favourite foods; never counting calories or going hungry; and enjoying sweet treats and carbs every day – I started to share my journey to health and happiness and have inspired thousands of people all over the world to transform their own lives.
